Underneath, the inscription, 25. ROCZNICA/MĘCZEŃSKIEJ ŚMIERCI/ KS. JERZEGO POPIEŁUSZKI/1947-1984 (25th Anniversary of the martyr's death of Rev. Jerzy Popiełuszko.
